Edo State Governor, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole has today sworn-in a new Permanent Secretary, Board of Internal Revenue, Vera Obadan.
Speaking at the event held during the State executive Council Meeting, Governor Adams Oshiomhole said the appointment is based on merit.
