The Executive Chairman, Edo State Internal Revenue Service (EIRS), Chief Oseni Elamah rated the past administration in the state led by Comrade Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole, expressing optimism that the Godwin Obaseki administration would live up to expectations.
Soliciting for prayers and support for the continued prosperity, peace and stability of the state, he said, “now is the time to consolidate on our manpower development for our teaming youths to make Edo State a model for other states to copy.”
Speaking with newsmen, in Benin City, Chief Elamah said the high point of the past administration was its ability to embark on massive infrastructural development of the state. With the low point, being the issue of human capital development which was not fully accessed.
He expressed optimism that the new administration would build on the achievements of past administration, with the promise of creating more jobs, and empowering people of the state.
Chief Elamah stated that the Oshiomhole led administration was very successfully, having brought the state out of a decade of doldrums which the previous administration put the state noting that Comrade Adams worked hard to put the state on a high pedestal which ushered in peace, progress and prosperity.
