In appreciation of his phenomenal contributions towards youth upliftment, the Executive Chairman of the Edo State Internal Revenue Service, Chiref Oseni Elamah at the weekend bagged a distinguished Supporter of Youth Award 2014 from the Royal Ambassadors of Nigeria, Edo State Conference. Conferring the award on Chief Elamah, the president, Pastor Paul Aransomwan, described the recipient, Chief Elamah as a purposeful leader whose track record both in administration and humanitarian disposition cannot be overemphasized. In a an address signed by Pastor Arasomwan and read by Tessy Okpeku Monday, Director of Royal Ambassadors Conference, the organization said that researches indicated that Chief Elamah was the deserving personality for the award because of his unprecedented personality for the award because of his unprecedented achievements in the revenue sector and the society at large. “We thank you sincerely for your kind gesture towards youth activities in our dear state as it is on record that your innumerable contributions to the youths of Edo State are such that cannot be erased from our hearts,” the youths stated. They however pledged their readiness to partner with the EIRS in areas necessary that will help advance the developmental fortune of Edo State. Responding, Chief Elamah attributed the success of the EIRS to team work of the management staff which culminated into the massive infrastructure spread across the nooks and crannies of the state. He therefore assured the body of the EIRS partnership towards achieving its set goals.award
